Extend maintenance
Perpetual licences include 12 months of updates. With maintenance you keep receiving new versions afterwards – for 12 months at 20% of the purchase price of your licence. It can only be renewed without a gap, while the updates are still running.
Maintenance expired
The updates for this licence have expired. New versions require a new licence.
Your licence remains valid: you keep using the version you have indefinitely. Maintenance can only be renewed without a gap – that is, before the updates end.
2. Confirm and pay
Payment is processed by PayPal – with a PayPal account or directly by credit/debit card. There is no new key; the confirmation and the invoice go to the email address of your licence.

Which licences does maintenance apply to?
To all perpetual licences from IT SB: System Health Checker, Cleaner, Intune Manager and self-hosted Audhive. Licences with a term (e.g. yearly licences) receive updates for the whole term – they do not need maintenance.
What does maintenance cost?
20% of the purchase volume of your licence for 12 months – that is the amount you paid for the licence, including later add-ons. You will see the exact price above after entering your licence key.
Why only without a gap?
Maintenance extends the updates by 12 months from the previous end date. It can only be bought while the updates are still running. Once maintenance has expired, new versions require a new licence.
What happens if I do not renew maintenance?
Your licence remains valid, and you keep using all versions released up to the end of the updates indefinitely. The program will then no longer install newer versions.
Do I need to activate the licence again?
No. After payment, choose "Check online" in the program (in Audhive "Check now") – there is no new key.
