Choose a plan
Monthly or yearly, paid via PayPal or card. You choose the address of your instance, for example yourcompany.easly.ch.
Access by email
As soon as the payment has been received, your instance is set up automatically. You receive a one-time link, set your password and secure the account with a passkey or an authenticator app.
A wizard guides you
Company, bank details for the QR invoice, logo and colours, VAT, email sending – a wizard asks for everything step by step. Then you write your first quote.

Dunning
Overdue invoices are detected automatically: payment reminder and dunning letter in two stages, with fees and deadlines as you define them – sent automatically or ready for approval.
Subscriptions and recurring invoices
Maintenance contracts, licences, hosting: recurring services are invoiced automatically on the due date – several subscriptions of one customer on a single invoice.
Customers, contacts, products
Customer records with contact persons, delivery addresses and a separate billing address. Catalogue of products and services with categories, units and VAT rates.
Receipts with AI extraction
Upload receipts and invoices or send them to a mailbox: supplier, date, amount, VAT and category are extracted automatically – with duplicate detection. With your own key for Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT).
Inventory
Devices with serial numbers, warranty and Care Packs, goods receipt straight from the receipt, consumables without serial numbers, handover documents by email.
Shipping with Swiss Post
Print Swiss Post labels directly from the delivery note, tracking on the document – with your own Swiss Post business customer access.
HR and payroll
Personnel file, checklist for new hires, employment contracts signed digitally, monthly payroll runs with AHV/IV/EO/ALV, payslip and salary certificate as PDF.
Mileage and home office
Record kilometres and charge them to customers; calculate the office share of your housing costs with receipts per year.
Documents for your tax return
Income statement and VAT return (effective or net tax rate method) as PDF and Excel, salary certificates, asset register, home office deduction, annual mileage statement and receipt archive – at the push of a button for you or your fiduciary.
Email from your own mailbox
Documents are sent from your own mailbox – Microsoft 365 or any SMTP provider such as Infomaniak, Hostpoint or Gmail. Every email remains traceable in the history.
Your data belongs to you
Accounting and personnel data are confidential. Easly is designed for this from the ground up.
Your own instance
Every customer gets their own application with its own database and storage – completely separated from all other customers.
Stored encrypted
Database, receipts, PDFs, emails and personnel documents are stored encrypted on disk – each instance with its own key. Transmission always via HTTPS.
Sign-in with a passkey
Two factors are mandatory: passkey (Windows Hello, Face ID, security key) or authenticator app.
Support only with your approval
We cannot see your data unless you generate a time-limited access code. Every support action is logged, and you can end the access at any time.
Operated in Switzerland
The instances run on our own servers in Switzerland. Daily encrypted backups. Data processing agreement under the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) included.
Export at any time
A complete export (all data as Excel and CSV, plus all documents) is available to you at any time – even for 30 days after cancellation.
With your name and your logo
The application carries your name, your logo and your colour – on the sign-in page, in the navigation, on all documents and in the emails to your customers. On request also under your own address, e.g. office.yourcompany.ch: you create a CNAME record and enter the domain in the application – HTTPS is set up automatically.
Your own accounts
Email sending, AI extraction and the Swiss Post connection run via your own accounts and keys. Costs and contracts stay with you – we earn nothing from them.
In four languages
German, English, French and Italian – chosen in the setup wizard and switchable for each person. Quotes, invoices, reminders and emails go out in each customer's own language; on request the AI translates your templates.

Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
On servers of IT Services Schneeberger in Switzerland. Each instance has its own database and its own storage, both encrypted with a key used only for this instance.
How is my data backed up?
Every night we back up each instance individually and encrypted – the database and all files. We keep the backups of the last 14 days, plus one per week for 8 weeks and one per month for 12 months. You request a restore to one of these points directly in the application (Einstellungen › Daten & Wiederherstellung, i.e. Settings › Data & restore); we review the request and carry it out.
Can IT Services Schneeberger see my data?
Not during normal operation. For support, you generate a time-limited access code yourself; every action is logged and visible to you. As with any hosting: the operators of the servers technically have access to the running systems – we regulate this bindingly in the data processing agreement.
Which languages is Easly available in?
German, English, French and Italian. You choose the language in the setup wizard; afterwards everyone can switch it for themselves. For each customer and contact person you set the language in which quotes, invoices, reminders and emails are sent – without a setting, the language from the setup applies. With your own AI key, Easly translates templates, product names and emails at the click of a button.
Do I need Microsoft 365?
No. Emails can be sent via any mailbox with SMTP (Infomaniak, Hostpoint, Gmail etc.), and receipts can be read in via IMAP from any mailbox. Microsoft 365 is supported as well.
What does the AI extraction of receipts cost?
You store your own key with Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) and pay them directly based on usage – typically a few francs per month for the receipts of a small business. Without a key, you record receipts by hand.
How do I cancel?
In the application under Einstellungen › Abo & Konto (Settings › Subscription & account) – at the end of the paid term. Within 14 days of purchase you can withdraw with a full refund. After the end, your data remains available for export for 30 days; after that it is deleted.
Can I take over my existing data?
Customers and products can be entered or imported. For larger migrations from Excel or other software we are happy to support you – get in touch.
