Fixed in
Unknown. Check the Oracle October 2026 Critical Patch Update advisory or My Oracle Support for the patch version.
Workaround

- Restrict access to Enterprise Manager and plugin interfaces to a management VLAN.
- Verify the physical security of hosts running the plugin.
Exploitation
- No known exploitation in the wild.
- Not listed in CISA KEV as of 21 October 2026.
- No public proof of concept found.
- CISA SSVC: exploitation none, automatable no.

Our recommendation
- Check whether GoldenGate with Enterprise Manager and the EM Plugin is installed and needed.
- If not needed, disable the EM Plugin.
- If needed, restrict network access to the management interfaces and apply the October 2026 CPU once the fixed version is confirmed.
- Keep management interfaces off public networks.
Public exploits
PoC-in-GitHub, Metasploit and Exploit-DB list nothing for this CVE.
