CVE-2026-89297High 8.6

← All vulnerabilities

Summary

The Loja Automática WordPress plugin through version 1.0.0 does not properly sanitize and escape a parameter before using it in an SQL query. An unauthenticated remote attacker can inject SQL commands through this parameter, which may allow reading database content, including configuration data such as credentials. No known fix is available.

Affected

  • Loja Automática WordPress plugin (slug loja-automatica), version 1.0.0 and earlier
  • Fixed version: Unknown.

Fixed in

Unknown. No fixed version is known; WPScan lists "No known fix".

Workaround

  • No vendor-provided workaround is known.
  • Use parameterised queries (for example $wpdb->prepare()) in the plugin code; this requires the developer.
  • A web application firewall may reduce exposure but is not a verified fix.

Exploitation

  • Not listed in CISA KEV.
  • CISA SSVC: exploitation none, automatable yes, technical impact partial.
  • No public exploit code confirmed in the sources checked; a PoC heading on WPScan could not be verified.
  • EPSS about 0.18%.

Our recommendation

  • Inventory WordPress sites for the loja-automatica plugin and check the installed version.
  • If installed, deactivate and remove it, or restrict access to it, especially on internet-facing sites.
  • Review web server and database logs for unusual requests to the plugin's endpoints.
  • Monitor WPScan, NVD and the developer's channels for a fix.

Public exploits

PoC-in-GitHub, Metasploit and Exploit-DB list nothing for this CVE.
