NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit: SQL injection

CVE-2026-65151High 8.4

← All vulnerabilities

Summary

NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit versions 1.4 to 1.6 contain an SQL injection flaw (CWE-89). An attacker can manipulate database queries, which may lead to data tampering, denial of service and information disclosure. NVD has not completed its analysis; the CNA rates the issue 8.4 (High) with a Local attack vector, but a third-party source reports possible remote exploitation, so exposure should be treated as potentially network-reachable until NVIDIA clarifies.

Affected

  • NVIDIA NeMo Agent Toolkit 1.4 to 1.6
  • Other versions are unaffected according to the CNA record.

Fixed in

Unknown. NVIDIA bulletin 5912 is authoritative for the fixed version. One secondary source states 1.7.0 as fixed. A security news site advises upgrading to 1.9.0, which also covers CVE-2026-65145 in the same bulletin.

Workaround

  • No vendor workaround known for this CVE.
  • Restrict network access to toolkit services until patched.

Exploitation

  • Not known to be exploited.
  • Not listed in CISA KEV.
  • VulDB reports no public exploit available.
  • EPSS: 0.18 %.

Our recommendation

  • Inventory all NeMo Agent Toolkit deployments, including development, staging and background workers.
  • Upgrade versions 1.4 to 1.6 to a fixed release, confirming the exact version in NVIDIA bulletin 5912.
  • Restrict exposure of agents and their access to databases and internal tools until patched.
  • Review logs for unusual database queries.
  • A third-party source reports the toolkit is deprecated; plan a migration.

Public exploits

PoC-in-GitHub, Metasploit and Exploit-DB list nothing for this CVE.
