CVE-2026-106203High 8.8

← All vulnerabilities

Summary

Google Chrome for iOS before 155.0.8059.39 contains an incomplete cleanup issue (CWE-459) in Autofill. A remote attacker who lures a user to a crafted HTML page can obtain sensitive information. The attack requires social engineering to get the victim to open the page.

Affected

  • Google Chrome for iOS before 155.0.8059.39

Fixed in

  • 155.0.8059.39 according to the CVE record. The iOS build number is unconfirmed: one source reports 155.0.8059.37 on iOS, so the installed version must be verified.

Workaround

  • No vendor workaround confirmed.
  • Interim option: restrict Autofill of addresses and payment data via MDM on managed iOS devices until the installed build is confirmed.

Exploitation

  • Not listed in CISA KEV. CISA SSVC: exploitation none, not automatable.
  • No public proof of concept found in the sources reviewed.

Our recommendation

  • Update Chrome on all iOS devices to the latest version, at least 155.0.8059.39, and confirm the installed build.
  • On devices that used the browser before updating, check that Autofill data is cleared in Chrome settings.
  • Verify auto-updates on managed devices and check the NVD record for changes.

Public exploits

PoC-in-GitHub, Metasploit and Exploit-DB list nothing for this CVE.
