Adobe Campaign Classic: SQL injection leading to security feature bypass

CVE-2026-105779Critical 9.1

← All vulnerabilities

Summary

Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) version 7 up to 7.4.4 build 9402 contains an SQL injection flaw (CWE-89) that allows a security feature bypass. A low-privileged attacker with network access can exploit it without user interaction to gain unauthorized read and limited write access, with the scope changed. The CVE record scores this 9.1, but the Adobe bulletin lists the SQL injection rows at 9.9 and does not show this CVE in the readable table, so the impact should be treated as the higher level until verified.

Affected

  • Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) v7: 7.4.4 build 9402 and earlier
  • Platforms: Windows, Linux

Fixed in

  • Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) v7: 7.4.4 build 9403 (Windows, Linux)

Workaround

  • No vendor workaround published. Apply the update to build 9403.
  • Interim: restrict access to ACC servers to trusted networks until patched.

Exploitation

  • Adobe is not aware of any exploits in the wild for the issues in APSB26-162.
  • No public proof-of-concept confirmed. Not listed in CISA KEV. EPSS about 0.3 %.

Our recommendation

  • Check whether Adobe Campaign Classic is in use, including by partners or marketing service providers.
  • Patch to 7.4.4 build 9403 promptly; the sibling SQL injection CVEs in the same bulletin are fixed in the same build.
  • Restrict network access to ACC and review accounts with low privileges.
  • Monitor logs for unusual database queries and access.

Public exploits

PoC-in-GitHub, Metasploit and Exploit-DB list nothing for this CVE.
