Adobe Campaign Classic: Code injection leading to arbitrary code execution

CVE-2026-104351Critical 9.9

← All vulnerabilities

Summary

Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) version 7 up to and including 7.4.4 build 9402 contains a code injection flaw (CWE-94). An attacker with a low-privileged account can execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user without user interaction, and the scope is changed (CVSS 9.9, critical). Exposure is highest for ACC servers reachable from the internet or from networks where a compromised workstation can reach them.

Affected

  • Adobe Campaign Classic ACC v7: 7.4.4 build 9402 and earlier
  • Platforms: Windows, Linux
  • Adobe-hosted instances: Adobe states these are handled by Adobe; customer action applies to on-premise installations

Fixed in

  • Adobe Campaign Classic ACC v7: 7.4.4 build 9403 (per Adobe bulletin APSB26-162; the build number comes from secondary sources and should be verified in Adobe's release notes)

Workaround

Unknown.

Exploitation

  • Adobe is not aware of any exploits in the wild for the issues in this update.
  • No public proof-of-concept exploit has been confirmed.
  • Not listed in the CISA KEV catalogue as of the research date.
  • EPSS: 0.57 % (percentile 47).

Our recommendation

  • Treat as high priority for internet-reachable on-premise ACC servers.
  • Verify build 9403 in Adobe's release notes, then update all ACC v7 installations.
  • Review user accounts with ACC access, including partner and marketing logins, and remove unused ones.
  • Check web and application logs and outbound connections from Campaign servers for unexpected activity.
  • Restrict access to administrative and application interfaces.

Public exploits

PoC-in-GitHub, Metasploit and Exploit-DB list nothing for this CVE.
