Our recommendation
- Check whether PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.61 to 8.63 is in use and whether the Test Framework is installed and reachable.
- Apply the October 2026 Oracle CPU patch for your release as a priority, including the whole PeopleTools stack.
- Restrict HTTP access to PIA and review user privileges.
- Monitor logs for unusual access to PeopleSoft and the Test Framework.
- If you do not run PeopleSoft, no action is needed.
